1. Eligibility

1.1       The Christmas Prize Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

1.2       Employees or workers of any company in the Westfalia Group, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

1.3       We may ask for proof of age.  Delay or failure to provide the evidence to our reasonable satisfaction may result in an entry being void or the prize being forfeited.

2. How to Enter

2.1       Your entry is to the Christmas Prize Giveaway is automatic.

2.2       No purchase is necessary to enter this Christmas Prize Giveaway.

3. Prize

3.1       The prize comprises:

·       A one -night stay for two, including breakfast, at a London Hotel

·       A meal for two at a London restaurant   to a maximum value of £300.00.

Two tickets to a London show - Musical / Opera / Ballet, up to the value of £500.00

3.2    The London hotel and restaurant will be selected by Westfalia.

3.3       The winner is responsible for any costs or additional expenses beyond the predetermined value of the meal, theatre ticket, or the hotel stay for one night as well as any expenses involved in claiming or using the prize, such as travel.

3.4       The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the supplier or other organisation connected with this Christmas Prize Giveaway.

3.5       The prize will be for the winning ticketholder only, is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any equivalent alternative.

4. Winner Selection

4.1       One winner will be selected randomly from the entries.

4.2       The winner of this Christmas Prize Giveaway will be the entry chosen out of all the submitted entries in accordance with these terms and conditions.

4.3       The winner will be notified via email and / or phone by Monday 13th January 2025.

4.3       Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner over a period of 30 days. If it has not been possible to contact the winner in that time the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

5. General Conditions

5.1       The winner is to supply Westfalia with a minimum 4 weeks’ notice of when they would like to use the prize.

5.2       The prize is to be used either on the same day or spread over two consecutive days.

5.3       The prize winner may choose either a double or twin room at the London Hotel selected by Westfalia.

5.4       A list of theatre shows, opera and or ballet performances shall be provided to the winner by Westfalia, the prize winner must select from the list and provide first, second and third option dates to Westfalia.

5.5       The prize winner agrees to provide the names of the attendees, for booking purposes of the hotel, theatre, and restaurant.

5.6       The prize is valid throughout 2025.

6. Release and Limitations of Liability

6.1       By participating, entrants agree to release us from any liability, claims, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with their participation in the Christmas Prize Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

6.2       We are not liable if any part of the prize fails to be delivered by a third party and we have no obligation to provide a replacement or alternative.

6.3       Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud, we will not be legally liable to any winner or entrant for any losses that were not foreseeable to us or to you at the time of entry to this Christmas Prize Giveaway or which are caused by a third party.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 

Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Organizer

The Christmas Prize Giveaway is organised by Westfalia Fruit UK Ltd, located at 42 Kings Hill Avenue, West Malling, Kent, ME19 4AJ.

9. Agreement to Terms

Participation in the giveaway constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
