Burrata with Marinated Avocado, Sage and Crostini
Burrata, mozzarella with a creamy center, matches with everything. Especially with freshly marinated avocado with crispy sage and crostini. Serving as part of antipasti? Then also add some slices of Parma ham and a bowl of olives.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Cut the baguette into 2 mm diagonal slices. Place them on the baking tray. Drizzle with half of the avocado oil and sprinkle with sea salt to taste.

Bake the bread in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Let the crostini cool to room temperature.

Grate the garlic. Mix the lemon juice, the garlic, half of the remaining avocado oil and the smoked paprika powder. Add salt to taste.

Halve the avocado(s), remove the pit(s), and peel off the skin. Dice the avocado(s). Coat in the marinade.

1.         Heat the rest of the avocado oil in a frying pan. Fry the sage leaves in the hot oil until just crispy. Don't let them get too dark.

Place the burrata on a serving platter. Add the marinated avocado. Spoon some of the marinade over the burrata. Sprinkle with the crispy sage leaves and serve with the crostini.
