Preparation

Slice the mozzarella. Scrub the lemon and zest the yellow part of the peel.

Halve the avocados, remove the pits, peel off the skin. Cut into slices.

Arrange the avocado and mozzarella slices alternately on a serving dish or plates. Drizzle with the avocado oil and sprinkle with the lemon zest, basil leaves and pepper to taste.
